P2P Transformation Lead

6 Month Contract (FTC)

A leading multi-billion dollar media organisation is seeking a PTP Transformation Lead to lead a 6-month S4 Hana implementation project to overhaul and optimise their Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within their European Shared Service Centre. This role requires a strong background in both finance and IT, with experience in business change management, ERP implementations, and automation in the PTP function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement the 6-month S4 Hana implementation project for PTP transformation.
  • Champion Finance & IT (FIT) integration projects to ensure alignment between financial operations and technology infrastructure.
  • Drive the digitalisation of PTP processes using cloud-based solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics.
  • Analyse existing PTP processes and identify areas for improvement through technology, automation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to design future-state PTP processes.
  • Lead the business change management process for PTP transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment with transformation goals.
  • Deliver training and communication to ensure teams understand and adopt new processes, technologies, and roles.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to optimise ERP systems (e.g., S4 Hana) and other PTP-related tools.
  • Integrate PTP processes into end-to-end supply chain automation.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and implement best-in-class tools and systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading PTP transformation projects.
  • Strong experience with S4 Hana ERP implementations.
  • Track record of delivering ERP system implementations or optimisations (SAP S4 Hana a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of PTP systems, automation tools (RPA, AI), and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) with PTP module configuration experience.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong business change management skills.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Results-driven, organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in shared service centres or large multinational organisations.
  • Understanding of global procurement and supplier management processes.
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing solutions and supplier portals.
