With a global presence and a diverse team of 500 professionals, this firm has built its success by placing people and culture at the heart of its business.

We're partnering with them to hire a Salesforce Developer who is passionate about building and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce applications that drive business efficiency and growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in leveraging Salesforce technologies to streamline processes and deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.* Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.* Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.* Develop and optimize complex workflows, triggers, and automation processes to enhance productivity.* Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce environments.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve solutions.

Key Skills and Experience* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.* Proficiency in Salesforce development languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC).* Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).* Deep understanding of Salesforce customization tools and declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder).* Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is a plus.* Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.* Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
