Senior Business Analyst

This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual capable of driving improvements and ensuring the success of both existing and new systems within a Digital Transformation Programme.

The Digital Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming trading and risk IT systems by:

• Collaborating with internal and external teams to design and enhance solutions.
• Leading requirements gathering and documentation through workshops, storyboards, and user stories.
• Analysing the impact of changes and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
• Ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, and feasible.
• Working with development teams to prototype and deliver solutions within an agile DevOps framework.
• Defining and documenting processes, training, and testing for new systems and features.
• Supporting business users with testing and training.
• Continuously improving processes, technology, and efficiency by applying best practices.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in processes or technology.
• Managing third-party relationships to improve end-user support quality.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on Cloud Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Commodity or Energy markets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisations levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Familiarity with Agile, design thinking, and UI/UX methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in financial or trading environments.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM solutions is beneficial.
