ServiceNow Business Analyst - Contract
London Based - Hybrid
I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Business Analyst on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner.
Working for a ServiceNow partner you will play a major part in ServiceNow implementation projects. Due to the demands of the role we are looking for previous ServiceNow exposure, both technical and functional knowledge is required.
In the role you will be responsible for the full range of BA activities from running workshops, gathering requirements, project planning and UAT. This is a challenging role which will demand you build relationships and communicate with a range of people both technical and non-technical from stakeholders to developers.
We are looking for:
- Experience in at least one Major ServiceNow delivery.
- Experience of Service Management implementation/transformation programs as a business analyst - this can include other tool sets (such as BMC Remedy, HP SM etc.).
- Experience of taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support.
- Service Management IT industry knowledge, ITIL aware (Foundation minimum).
- ServiceNow certification is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel.
