Our client, a prestigious international property investment group, is seeking a Senior Workday Finance Analyst to join their growing Technology Centre of Excellence to drive the finance functions Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning platforms, working within a dynamic team responsible for system optimisation and user support across multiple territories.
Workday Systems Accountant Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support and configuration management for Workday Finance modules
- Lead system optimisation initiatives and enhancement projects
- Develop and maintain system documentation and process workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and improvements
- Manage user access and security protocols
- Support integration between Workday and other business systems
- Provide technical training and guidance to end users
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in financial systems administration, particularly Workday or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles
- Background in supporting enterprise-level financial software
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Knowledge of data security and control principles
- Workday certification
- Experience with Adaptive Planning
- Background in process improvement and optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
