We are looking for an IT Business Management Analyst to join our IT COO team, supporting headcount management, time sheet processes, and cost allocation across a regional team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of resource costs, contractor payments, and project allocations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contractor & Consultant Onboarding: Ensure smooth on boarding, including project setup on internal systems.

  • Timesheet & Resource Management: Oversee the weekly time sheet process, ensuring timely submission (Friday), review, and approval before the Monday 3 PM cutoff.

  • Financial & Cost Allocation Reporting: Collaborate with finance teams to track, allocate, and report costs accurately.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with RPO (for contractor payments), finance teams, and internal business units.

  • Process Oversight & Risk Management: Identify and address issues related to timesheet submissions and approvals.

  • Transition to Oracle: Support the transition from Share Point-based timesheets to Oracle timesheet tools in April.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in time sheet processing, resource allocation, and cost tracking.

  • Time sheet & Resource Costing Knowledge: Experience managing contractor time sheets and tracking headcount costs.

  • Banking/Financial Services Experience: Understanding how resource costs are moved and allocated within a bank.

  • Systems Experience: Familiarity with Oracle and Share Point is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to add value through data-driven insights.
