About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Manager to oversee and manage the building services for a prestigious single building. The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and the highest standards of service delivery are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage all building services contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Negotiate, renew, and review service contracts to ensure best value and performance.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies to improve service delivery.

Service Delivery:
- Ensure all building services (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are delivered to the highest standard.
- Monitor and evaluate service providers' performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
- Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.

Budget and Financial Management:
- Manage the budget for building services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to building services.
- Approve invoices and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all services comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect occupants and service providers.

Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with building occupants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by occupants or service providers.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, in a commercial building environment.
- Proven track record of managing building services contracts and service providers.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
