Robert Half are working with a luxury fashion brand to find an E-commerce Client Services Manager on a 2 Month Contract. This role must start immediately and you will need to be on site Full Time.

E-commerce Client Services Manager - 2 Month Contract - London (Full Time) - Immediate Start

  • Communicating with private clients on various channels on a daily basis
  • Working with the Head of Digital to improve processes, services and systems and managing the Client services team
  • Working with the Digital team to define the policies and creating the content needed for the Client Services team
  • Leading continuous improvements of team performance and efficiency of processes with the Digital team to have an overview of Digital efficiencies.
  • Work cross functionally with other areas of the business, including the shipping and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment, while simultaneously safe-guarding the business.
  • Lead continual improvement for fraud operations, working with engineering and product team to develop new features that improve customer experience, reduce financial losses and reduce customer friction.
  • Define and monitor key metrics, understanding the root causes of fraud, payment failures and adhering at all times to GDPR/PCI regulations
  • Manage the end-to-end Chargeback process working with all acquiring partners to defend chargeback claims, provide evidence, blacklist customers as required

Requirements

  • Experience working with an Ecommerce Platform and in a digital first environment
  • Luxury or High End Fashion Experience
  • Experience with modern payment service providers
  • Management experience
  • Passion for e-commerce and customers
  • Experience working with an international customer base and markets, understanding of geographical specificities and shopping behaviour
