A higher education organisation are looking for a Interim ER and Change Manager to lead on change consultations and ER queries. The role is based in London with hybrid working and an immediate start.

Description
A Interim ER and Change Manager to:
- Lead on a variety of simultaneous change programs impacting up to 30 people
- Lead on consultations
- Support managers through the change program, advising on best practice
- Support on redeployment and/or redundancies
- Provide timely communication and FAQ's to staff
- Support on any ER Casework
- Work in an advisory capacity to the wider organisation and respond to queries in a timely fashion
- Use your employment knowledge to advise on impact and risk, such as maternity leave
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Provide effective advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
Profile
A Interim ER and Change Manager with:
- Previous change management and ER experience essential
- Good knowledge of employment law and change management processes
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous higher education experience desirable and/or public, NHS or NFP experience
- Proactive and good initiative
