We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organisational Readiness Lead to drive the integration process. This role is crucial in defining and implementing the target organisational structure and ensuring the seamless transition to new operational frameworks. The successful candidate will possess a blend of organisational management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills to align the integrated business strategy with operational execution.

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office
Duration: initial 9 months
Rate: Up to 800pd inside ir35 via PAYE

Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Structure & Operating Model:
Define and implement the target organisational setup, ensuring alignment with the integrated business strategy, governance, and operational framework.
People Readiness & Change Management:
Develop and execute change management strategies to prepare employees for the transition, including leadership engagement, communications, and cultural alignment initiatives.
Client & Staff Training
: Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for employees and clients to ensure a smooth transition to new systems, processes, and service models.
Contractual Due Diligence:
Lead the assessment and transition of client, vendor, and employee contracts to ensure legal, financial, and operational compliance with the new business model.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison across business, legal, compliance, IT, HR, and operations teams to drive integration success and resolve readiness challenges.
