The Opportunity:

As the Retentions Director, youll play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and business growth. Your mission will be to devise and execute strategies that maximise customer renewals and minimise churn within our education software client base. Leading a team of retention specialists, youll collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
