Role: SAP Implementation Change Lead
Length: 10-months initially with a view to extend
Location: Predominantly remote / ad-hoc travel to client site
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Pay Rate: Negotiable
We are currently supporting one of our leading clients in their search for a S/4 HANA Change Manager. This is a migration programme currently using another ERP solution and looking to migrate into S/4 HANA.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in organisational change management, particularly in large-scale IT transformations such as ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to front-line employees.
- Deep understanding of business processes, systems, and the impact of change on people and culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training and communication materials for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
