Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Banking Consultant to lead our consulting team and provide expert guidance to our clients in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and market trends, along with exceptional leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Strategic Planning:Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance client banking operations and profitability.
  • Project Management:Oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor economic trends and market changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of banking consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Compliance:Ensure all consulting activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing proposals and pitches to secure new consulting assignments.
