This global consulting firm are looking for a Staff AI Scientist to help set up and grow their new AI Hub, involving Research and focusing on using advanced AI techniques to solve clients problems.

THE ROLE

As a Staff AI Scientist for the business you will:

Liaise directly with and pitching to external clients to bring in new business for the AI team
Work with Senior Stakeholders to help grow the AI hub, hiring new talent
Manage a team of AI Consultants as the AI hub grows

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong academic background to PhD level in a relevant field
Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consultancy
Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with either external clients or non-technical stakeholders
Research experience from academia or working in an R&D environment
Experience using more advanced AI methods
Experience leading projects
Tech: Python, SQL

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Basic salary £120,000-£150,000
Hybrid working - working onsite at various client locations on a weekly basis
