Sonic Summary

The role is for a Programme Manager on an initial 6-month contract, offering a salary of £1,000 per day (Inside IR35).
The position is hybrid and focuses on leading an AI transformation programme for an insurance client.
Candidates must have previous experience in leading AI transformation projects and delivering complex programmes with multiple work streams.
A proven track record in managing AI/Gen AI operational projects, along with strong vendor management and technical change management skills, is required.
The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in project management and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

I am looking for Programme Manager for one of my insurance client, this is on a AI transformation programme. The role will be leading and managing the set-up of a new programme, leaveraging skills in AI/GEN AI and data analytics in delivering AI transformation programme.

Key Skills

Previous experience leadign AI transformation projects
Extensive experience successfully delivering complex projects, including major programmes of work. Must be able to demonstrate significant experience delivering programmes and/or large-scale projects with multiple work streams in.
Proven track record in successfully delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of complex processes and data & analytics.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects alongside the direction, leadership and motivation of cross functional project teams
Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation.
A good knowledge of technical change management
