My client is a London-based Insurer who urgently require a Senior IT Project Manager with proven Insurance industry experience, ideally with experience with Policy Admin Systems (PAS) and large-scale Application Integration Projects / Programmes to join a key Programme ASAP.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in IT Project Management within the Insurance industry
- Demonstrable experience of working on Application Integration Projects / Programmes
- Strong claims workbench integration experience
- Strong leadership skills, and a drive and passion to lead from the front and take accountability
- Strong understanding of business application change.
- Keenness to drive dependencies, risks and issues
- Experience of managing 3rd parties / vendors
- Proactive approach
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall ways of working
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working
Nice to have:
- A wealth of Insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Good understanding of Integration Policy Admin Systems
- Awareness of Underwriting Workbench / Blueprint Two
- Immediate availability
