The Senior Technical Engagement Lead will lead client relationships, proposing and implementing new approaches to technology utilising agile practices and open, transparent ways of working.The Senior Technical Engagement Lead will be well versed in delivery and executive coaching, road and value-stream mapping, managing cross-functional technical dependencies and managing a high-performing team of in-house architects and consultants to ensure seamless technical delivery to the customer(s).*The role is open to remote working, though applicants must have UK working rights and be able to travel to Ireland (multiple sites) once or twice per month*Role Requirements* Spur and incept new approaches to technology delivery with customers, utilising agile practices* Enable high performing in-house and client teams; where teams continuously assess and improve their approach to technology change* Train, coach or mentor individuals and groups, providing context specific advice to assess and grow Agile and DevOps maturity* Facilitate workshops which help clarify engagement target outcomes, continually focus on the latest engagement-specific priorities and regularly demonstrate working product alongside the engagement team* Serve as an ongoing point of contact for customer delivery, throughout customer engagements* Work with customers to design, plan, and carry out their deliveries; on larger engagements, help customers in complex delivery to achieve success* Serve as an Engagement Lead for Residencies, including residency planning and management, process management and improvement, team building, and customer mentoring* Share industry trends and new approaches, contributing thought leadership, innovate our current thinking and develop new approaches to change how organisations and teams deliver software and systemsRequired Skills & Experience* Excellent cross-functional communication skills* Demonstrable Engagement/Delivery Lead experience in enterprise customer environments* Knowledge of DevOps & Open-Source technologies* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to management and C-Level executives* Experience working in customer-facing positions* Strong servant leadership manner; proven ability to select training, mentoring or coaching style where appropriate* Financial Services experience (desirable)* Extensive experience delivering offerings* Ability to use methods which support agile teams is a must; ideally with a qualification(s) in a methodology or methodologies which complement an agile delivery style* Knowledge of project management processes and experience with revenue-based project reporting* Demonstrated ability to understand the technical impact on offerings from a supportability, scalability, and repeatability points of view, as well as the business impact on customers in delivering and scoping projectsFor more information or immediate consideration for this opportunity, please contact Charlie Grant at CPS Group UK on or email By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
