Salary guideline: Base 90,000-110,000 OTE 120,000-140,000,

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Partner Manager with strong Channel Account Management experience within the Cyber Security Sector to join our clients' dynamic global team. In this role, the successful candidate will work with our strategic partners to build, develop, and enhance their service and solution portfolio, using our client's innovative security platform as the foundation to do so. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, guiding partners in leveraging our technology to meet their business goals.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional Channel Partner and relationship management skills with deep knowledge of Cyber Security Solution Design and Architecture, across cloud and platform technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, including delivery leads, portfolio managers, and business development teams in the Managed IT Services and Managed Security Services sectors. Understand their business needs and align them with the clients security solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Orchestrate access to technical support organisation and provide technical and architectural guidance to partners, ensuring they can effectively implement, manage, and support our security platform within their service offerings.
- Training and Enablement: Alignment of partners' training initiatives to jointly agreed goals, supporting and tracking progress of same. Matching training plans to requirements from existing or desired partner status and competencies.
- Portfolio Management: Collaborate with partners to assess and enhance their existing service portfolio and identify opportunities for differentiation and value addition based on our security solutions and services. Assist in the development of new offerings that leverage the clients technology and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of partner-led initiatives in the context of Managed IT and Security Services. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise service offerings, service delivery and drive mutual success.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit for feedback from partners to our product and development teams, ensuring that the needs of Managed IT Services and Managed Security Services partners are considered in future product enhancements.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical partner management, solution architecture, or a related role within the technology sector. Experience within a Managed IT Operations team in cybersecurity or Managed Security Services Provider.
- Transformation Experience: First-hand experience in transforming a channel business from reselling products to selling solutions, enhanced with value-added services.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, technologies, and market dynamics particularly in the context of IT operations and managed services. Familiarity with API integrations, cloud services, and IT infrastructure is beneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and adapt messaging accordingly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Service Architecture: Experience in design, implementation and costing of managed security solutions, preferably in MDR and/or SIEM/SOAR/SOC.
- Network: The candidate has an extensive network in the cybersecurity industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity or IT management are a plus.
*Willingness to travel: The role requires sporadic travel activities for partners as well as internal appointments.
