Are you a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker with IT support experience? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Central London. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, handling technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and equipment.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, setting up hardware, software, and access.
  • Support internal teams in using IT resources effectively.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and support requests.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential. 
  • Prior experience in a Financial Services company or a bank is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues independently.
  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work onsite Monday to Friday in Central London.
