My client is a growing IT Managed Services Provider that are in the market for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer. As 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer they need someone O365 CERTIFIED (MS-900).

As 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have strong client facing / soft skills and be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, BackUp, Routing, Switching, Firewalls. You will need to be a confident, self starter that is able to remain calm under pressure and stay driven by outstanding customer service. The role will be part helpdesk and part out on client site support so it is essential that this person is flexible and can travel when needed.

MUST BE O365 CERTIFIED (MS-900)
