My client has an immediate requirement for a proven 1st Line Support Analyst coming from a MSP background. As a 1st line Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of a dynamic Service Delivery Team, acting as the first point of contact for client IT requests and issues. The 1st Line Support Analyst will have a solid MSP background and alongside their technical capability will be an outstanding communicator driven by top level customer service.

You will have proven 1st line technical competency in technology such as Windows, O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Sharepoint, Networking. You will also demonstrate a passion and commitment to learning new technologies either by ongoing certifications or personal interest projects.

The role will be office based with the potential to move to hybrid working (3 office / 2 home) after successful probation. This is a great opportunity to work for a proven, growing and well respected MSP. Great opportunities for technical and career development.
