My client, a Microsoft Gold Partner based in London is looking to hire! This is working for one of the UK’s biggest IT Solution providers. The role is working as a 1st Line Support Engineer, part of their growing IT Support function. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who has had an introduction into IT Support and who is now looking to work for a large organisation with lots of training and development. From day one in this 1st Line Support Engineer role, you will be given a personal structured development plan, which will help you move into a 2nd/3rd Line role. It is important in this 1st Line Support Engineer role that you have had some kind of exposure in a Support role, HelpDesk or ServiceDesk environment and enjoy solving IT issues for your colleagues and clients.
Experience needed in this 1st Line Support Engineer role:
- Experience working with Office 356.
- Experience with Password Resets and Setting up New Users.
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with Network issues, printer issues and Internet connections.
