My client are a well established yet growing IT Managed Services provider that have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer with a MSP background. As 2nd Line support engineer you will be a natural troubleshooter that is driven by client satisfaction and outstanding customer service. The 2nd Line Engineer will be able to demonstrate proven 2nd line technical competency across technology such as O365, Azure AD, Group Policy, Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, Windows 10, Meraki, Powershell.

This is a very exciting time to join the company after a acquisition last year they are now growing putting in some fabulous personal development and training plans so they they can be a career destination and not just another IT job. They currently operate a 4 office 1 at home model but will soon start to trial a 3 office, 2 home model.
