2nd Line Support Engineer - £225 - £300 per day Inside IR35 - LondonRate: Up to £300 per dayDuration: 6 months + ExtIR35: InsideLocation: Central London - Hybrid (2 days in the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm A client of ours based in central London are looking to hire for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team as well as get involved in a handful of projects.

They are seeking someone who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of issues or situations. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have the opportunity to work on projects such as migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades.

Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer

  • Azure Active Directory - Managing policies, account management
  • MS 365 - Using admin centre to troubleshoot issues within the suite
  • Intune -Understanding/ creating policies, general understanding and configure policies
  • Windows Server - Basic administration of Windows Server, monitoring VMs
  • Networking - Troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Routers
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Keen to learn and be a team player

Desirable - 2nd Line Support Engineer

  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • MS Certifications - Azure/M365
  • ITIL / Prince2
