Position: Application Support AnalystLocation: LondonSalary: ~£55,000

Role PurposeThe Application Support Analyst will manage end-user technology, focusing on deploying, maintaining, and supporting applications and devices. This permanent role requires expertise in Microsoft Intune, M365, and Azure AD, ensuring smooth application delivery and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intune, M365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online for end-user application deployment and upgrades
  • Design and maintain configurations for Windows 11, Surface devices, iPads, and iPhones
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other core software
  • Lead technical end-user projects and respond to escalated support issues
  • Perform system monitoring, patching, and routine server maintenance

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced experience with Intune, M365, and PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Proven background in Azure AD, Exchange Online, and O365 application management
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security protocols
  • Effective problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Professional services experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 3rd-line support expertise with enterprise applications, focused on the Microsoft 365 suite
