IT Business Applications & Project Support Analyst

Our client is looking for an IT Business Applications & Project Support Analyst to start ASAP on an initial 3-6 month contract. You must be able to hit the ground running and ideally be available to start immediately. This is NOT a Desktop Support position – You must have strong Business Applications Support experience to be considered for the role.

Inside IR35

Hybrid working - 4 days in the office 

Key skills & experience

  • Must have recent and extensive Business Applications Support experience
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • You will be able to set up campaigns and policies
  • Good Configuration skills
  • Able to follow processes and documentation
  • Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk system
  • Able to work with Application providers and ensure smooth running of systems and SLA’s are adhered to
  • Deliver key areas of internal changes i.e. online documents, workflows & products
  • Continuously review & improve application support processes and ensure that documentation is kept updated
