Applications Support Analyst - O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand
Our leading law firm client are looking to recruit an Applications Support Analyst (O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand) on a permanent basis to manage firm’s critical software applications and systems. This Applications Support Analyst (O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand) will be the principle SME in relation to Microsoft and M365.
As the firms Applications Support Analyst (O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand) you will also act as the main liaison with key strategic third-party service and support providers in relation to the end-user services and technology in use within the firm (eg: Microsoft 365, MDM/Intune, EntraID, laptops/tablets, and various line-of-business applications).
Principal System Responsibilities for this Applications Support Analyst (O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand) are:
- Support & implementation of Intune services & mobile devices management and M365 components, including Microsoft conditional access.
- Deploy, Configure and manage Autopilot, windows 11, SharePoint, OneDrive, SSO applications, APP proxies, mobile application and mobile application management policies with azure including MAM and MAM-WE
- Assume principle responsibility for the design of end-user computing device builds and application configurations (eg: iPads, Surface Pro and Surface Laptops, iPhones and other devices that the firm might choose to deploy from time to time).
- Ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment including security, availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability and reliability
- Assist in the administration and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast security, Teams, Autopilot, OneDrive infrastructure, mobile access etc.
- Design, develop and communicate key on-boarding processes and technology improvement feedback for on-boarding services and entire deployment cycle.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 tools and understand the Microsoft roadmap and its impact to our business.
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
- SCCM Ensuring that the configuration management database (CMDB) and tooling content is up to date.
- All desktop applications running on the end user compute devices, including; O365, NetDocuments (DMS), InterAction (CRM), GoBright, Bighand, InTapp TIME.
Skills / Experience Required for this
Applications Support Analyst (O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, InTapp TIME, BigHand) are:
- Professional services or law firm experience is highly desirable.
- Good technical support knowledge in some or all of the following user applications; Microsoft O365 applications, NetDocuments, InterAction, IntApp TIME, BigHand, files-sharing and extranet platforms (e.g.: share point, iManage Share, HighQ).
- Any experience with document review/e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity is desirable.
- Recent, general, technical working knowledge of some or all of the following: Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange (inc. DAG), Anti-malware solutions (Sentinal1 ideally), Active Directory including Group Policy, Firewall and VPNtechnologies, 4G+ and WiFi, iOS/Android, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, telephony systems (e.g.: Teams telephony, Polycom).
- Solid and demonstrable understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP.
