Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant
I am collaborating with a leading Microsoft partner looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join there team as Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant.
This is a full time, permanent role - offering full home working flexibility, with expectation for occasional on-site travel; project phase dependant.
The role will involve:
- Providing 2nd Line Business Central ticketing support to a variety of clients across industry
- Providing customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central related issues
- Work with there project teams on new upcoming implementations and upgrades
- Provide support on post-go-live client systems
Skill set required:
- Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV
- Previous experience providing D365 BC / NAV support at either partner or end user
- Motivated and strong desire to grow with the role and team
- Excellent problem solving, communication and team work skills
