Client Services Administrator

Hybrid - 9:30am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm or 9am to 5pm

Are you interested in taking on a new key role within an entrepreneurial, dynamic and growing company?

Our client is looking for someone to join their Customer Accounts team to work with and support their Accounts and Finance team, as well as their Sales Executives, in their daily tasks. You will ensure clients have the right services, are onboarded successfully, and are correctly invoiced.

Essentials:

  • Experience working with Safe, Salesforce CRM (beneficial but not essential)
  • Experienced using Microsoft office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate record keeping (essential)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Great communication skills (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client data entry and editing in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Record keeping using internal Excel spreadsheets
  • Emailing client firms to request approvals for new user trials and subscriptions
  • Creating and sending client contracts
  • Managing product email lists through the email service provider
  • Reconciling client records and databases against invoices being sent to clients
  • Fielding internal questions from sales and product teams on client lists and fee structure
