Experience with market data feeds and exposure to FIX messaging, Rest API, or Websocket will be considered a bonus.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience, and requires relevant industry experience.
The role can be based in either London or Dubai, with candidates in London needing the right to work in the UK.

Client Support Specialist

A leading digital assets firm is looking to hire a Client Support Specialist.

You would be responsible for:

Providing 1st line support to clients
Onboarding new clients
Triage technical issues and implementing fixes where no coding or infrastructure set up is required

Therefore, they are looking for candidates with experience in the following:

Client service or onboarding experience in Crypto, FICC or equities
Experience of electronic trading environment - understand the type of messages and general message flow
Experience working with market data feeds
FIX messaging, Rest API or Websocket exposure/experience a bonus

This role can be based in London or Dubai. If you are living in London, you must have right to work in the UK.
