Most of their clients within the UK are centred in Central London and some around the UK. Due to organic growth, they are now looking looking for a new member of the team that they can nurture and invest in.The main responsibilities of a support engineer typically revolve around providing technical assistance to clients, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the stability and performance of their IT infrastructure.Within this role you will be responding to service tickets, answering calls, keeping the ticketing queue up to date, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, performing system upgrades and maintenance tasks, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).On offer is a chance to challenge your experience and progress in a role where the company is growing rapidly.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT fundamentals, proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
