A brilliant opportunity for an IT Support professional to join a company who are experiencing rapid growth.
Working onsite with one of their global clients, you will provide support to roughly 80 end users working both remotely and hotdesking in the office. If you are experienced in both 1st and 2nd line support and are looking for a role that will provide autonomy allowing you to really take ownership of your work, this could be the perfect role for you.
Role responsibilities:
- Primarily End user support - AD, AAD, Office 365, Teams, Exchange, Intune, autopilot, incident management, request fulfilment, purchasing, logistics, starters / leavers process (New hire induction), end user hardware support, AV support
- Systems/service support
- IT Service management
- Actively interacting with users and represent the company brand
- Providing IT support for both hardware and AV
Essential skills:
- Good knowledge of IOS (phone and iPad) mobile device configuration
- Excellent 0365 knowledge, such as Teams including peripherals and OneDrive
- Excellent experience of Windows 10 and 11
- Strong fault analysis skills
- Good knowledge of AAD and teams meeting rooms
