In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality desktop support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. - Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
