The RoleAs a Tech Support Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of providing first-class IT support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain IT systems, schedule updates, and manage patches.
- Provide support for cutting-edge third-party applications.
- Contribute to knowledge management and improve internal processes.
- Monitor user security and maintain compliance with IT standards.
- Support hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
What We're Looking For
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification (minimum).
- A-level education or equivalent (Math and English at grade C or above).
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft environments, network configurations, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Technical SkillsExperience with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Email security systems like Mimecast
- Network LAN/WAN and VLANs
- SCCM for application packaging and deployment

Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 including hybrid working
