- Experience managing a team of Engineers
- Setting SLA's/KPI's
- Meeting with C-Level Exec's
- Building a team
3rd/4th line level knowledge of (4 of the following):
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Windows Desktop
- Structured Cabling
- Veaam Back-ups
- Virtualisation
