Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support - Remote

Charity organisation are looking for an Application Support Analyst with excellent Dynamics 365 experience.

Please note this is Remote role with 1/2 days a month in their London office.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM and will be able to help troubleshoot and asses the current system

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Providing Dynamics 365 CRM support on technical queries and issues raised
  • Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
  • Maintain excellent levels of user satisfaction by providing excellent support in line with SLAs.
  • Ensure that all issues are investigated, logged, and dealt with and that adequate information is captured and recorded as it happens.
  • Escalates unresolved incidents.Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents.Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents and improve system functionality.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: A focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data.
