Robert Half is currently engaging with a luxury retail organisation that is looking to recruit a contract First Line Support engineer for an initial 12-month period with their central London office.
The First Line Support Engineer will be expected to complete the following:
- Act as the first point of technical support for end users of the company, including resolving hardware and software issues
- Assist with the configurations of laptop builds
- Provide white-glove support to VIP stakeholders
- Administrating and maintaining the Active Directory Environment
- Provide support for Office365, including email, OneDrive and Sharepoint.
- Escalate any issues to the second line support team
Profile:
The Contract First Line Support Engineer should have the following:
- The First Line Support Engineer should have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Graduate from a relevant Bachelors Degree
- Ability to break down complex issues into simple terms for non-technical users
- 1-3 years experience with contract IT support
- Ability to commute into their London office
