An established IT Services company in London's West End has an opportunity for a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support technician to join it's small team in London.

You will have some of the following skills;

Office 365

1st and 2nd line desktop and server support experience

IT installs, upgrades and migrations

Microsoft Windows 10/11

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook

Help desk / Service Desk experience

Ability to build relationships with customers

As it is a smaller team you get to be involved in a lot more interesting stuff.
