Helpdesk

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

My client is seeking a Helpdesk candidate to join their established and well-respected team on a permanent basis This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, collaborative, and reliable, with previous helpdesk experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (ppm) and reactive maintenance
  • Allocate jobs to engineers and ensure the completion of works and deadlines met
  • Submit detailed job reports to clients and send them along with quotes
  • Support the Contracts Manager
  • Utilise Job Logic software to track and manage maintenance tasks.
  • Manage both shared and personal inboxes, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently.
  • Take calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or planning / scheduling role.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Experience with Job Logic or similar job management software is advantageous.
  • A friendly, collaborative, and reliable work ethic.
