Helpdesk Administrator

London, NW2

£28,750 + Pension + Parking

A highly successful local Company requires an energetic Helpdesk Administrator to join their happy and proactive team and provide a high level of customer service to clients based throughout the UK.

Some of your duties will include:

- Acting as first point of contact for clients who require maintenance support or emergency repairs

- Ensuring a high level of service is provided to clients at all times and requirements managed efficiently

- Co-ordinating planned maintenance requirements by scheduling work to be completed

- Setting up emergency jobs to be completed on the computer system and preparing worksheets for Engineers

- Allocating jobs to be completed to team of field based Service Engineers and preparing route plans

- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
