Duties:
- Provide top-notch helpdesk support by answering calls and managing IT-related queries. ??
- Efficiently raise and manage tickets for any technical issues that arise.
- Maintain an organised inbox for all IT inquiries, ensuring timely responses. ??
- Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges and improve processes.
- Keep up-to-date documentation of IT support activities and solutions. ??
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience within a similar administrative role.
- Strong IT skills with experience in helpdesk administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
