Title: Helpdesk Administrator (Housing Repairs)
Location: Tower Hamlets
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 14 PAYE
Our client who are one of the leading companies are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator (Housing Repairs) to join their team in the Tower Hamlets area to start ASAP on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
The position is full-time office based - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Duties:
- First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity (housing), received by telephone and e-mail
- Raise Purchase Orders/Invoices
- Plan repairs/maintenance work for engineers and sub-contractors
- Dealing with phone calls on various issues from customers
- Collate accurate reports as required.
- Ad hoc administration duties.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills
- Understanding of the planning/scheduling maintenance works or similar (desirable)
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
