A leading scientific organisation is looking for a personable and driven IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Mayfair. Please note this organisation offers a flexible working environment, enabling the chosen candidate to work remotely 2 days per week.As the IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line user support in a Windows environment. The role will include configuring and setting up PCs, laptops and printers and diagnosing and resolving technical issues. The successful candidate will also develop systems and infrastructure to support the delivery of consultancy projects.

The company is looking for an accomplished IT Support professional with an excellent academic track record to join their team; a 2:1 or 1st class degree in Technology or a related field is required. The project-based nature of the consultancy work of the company means that the role requires a dynamic individual with the capacity to problem solve. Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory is imperative.
