Temp to Perm opportunity based in SW20 

We are seeking an energetic and organised Property Helpdesk Coordinator to manage our property helpdesk email account, handle emergency maintenance calls, and ensure our portfolio of properties remains compliant with Fire and Health & Safety regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, excels at issue management, and has a professional approach to communication.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manning the property helpdesk email account and being the first point of contact for all maintenance issues and possible complaints.
  • Taking calls from offices relating to emergency property maintenance and being the frontline support.
  • Logging calls on the property database and booking contractors to attend to problems onsite.
  • Following up on the progress of jobs and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collating quotes, obtaining sign-off/authorisation, and checking and coding invoices for payment.
  • Compiling reports using data from the database and undertaking ad hoc administrative work as required.
  • Maintaining contracts on all services to the portfolio of properties and ensuring compliance with regulations.
