We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Infrastructure Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in our operations, providing technical support to our teams across the company.

Client Details

Our client is based in Chessington and has over 5,000 dedicated employees.

Description

  • Providing 1st, 2nd & some 3rd line technical support to employees across the company.
  • Ticket management using ServiceNow
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
  • Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
  • Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
  • Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
  • Participating in IT projects as required.

Profile

A successful Infrastructure Support Engineer member should have:

  • Strong skill set and experience of Infrastructure and user support.
  • Good understanding of O365, Windows 10 & 11,and ITIL framework.
  • Familiar with Azure environment.
  • Experience of network troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Job Offer

  • £200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
  • Long term contract
