Description
- Providing 1st, 2nd & some 3rd line technical support to employees across the company.
- Ticket management using ServiceNow
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
- Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
- Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
- Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
- Participating in IT projects as required.
Profile
A successful Infrastructure Support Engineer member should have:
- Strong skill set and experience of Infrastructure and user support.
- Good understanding of O365, Windows 10 & 11,and ITIL framework.
- Familiar with Azure environment.
- Experience of network troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Job Offer
- £200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
- Long term contract
