To be considered for the opportunity, applicants must have worked within a law firm or professional services environment.
You will have worked on a service desk for 1 year+ and will be immediately available.
Experience required
Excellent communication & telephone skills and able to offer Remote Assistance via Telephone and Remote Connectivity Software.
Excellent knowledge of Office 365.
Troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems.
PC hardware fault finding & repair.
Basic knowledge of Windows Entra, Intune, Exchange 365, DNS & DHCP.
Keen to learn new technologies.
