Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic company based in Central London to help them secure aIT Support Analyst / AV Technical Support Engineer for an initial 6 month FTC.
You will be tasked with the following,
You will be required to do the following,
- Act as first point of call for IT Queries
- Log and resolve incidents
- Have worked within an ITIL environment
- Supported and managed an AV (audio visual) environment
- Installation and configuration of hardware & software.
- Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory admin, Poly audio Visual equipment, Handheld device support etc.
You will be required to work in the office for 1 week and then the next week you can work remotely.
Shift patterns are required for this position.
