Experience in Windows 10/11 support, Office 365 administration, and troubleshooting hardware and software is essential.
The position requires working onsite four days a week and engaging with managed service providers and third-party vendors.

Dealing with 3rd party vendors
Able to give Demos where necessary
In the office 4 days a week
