IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Line)

Duration: 3+ Month Contract(Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: (Apply online only) Pound per hour Inside IR35
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide first and second-line IT support, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production and development systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware issues.
- Support the imaging process and build new laptops for deployment.
- Handle mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
- Provide basic printer support and assist with related technical queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments.
- Experience with L1 and L2 troubleshooting in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to effectively communicate with users.
- Relevant experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware.
- Knowledge of laptop imaging processes and basic network concepts.
