We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide first and second-line IT support, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production and development systems. If you have a strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware issues.
  • Support the imaging process and build new laptops for deployment.
  • Handle mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Provide basic printer support and assist with related technical queries.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with L1 and L2 troubleshooting in a professional environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to effectively communicate with users.
  • Relevant experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware.
  • Knowledge of laptop imaging processes and basic network concepts.
